The main premise of Small Things is that we are the sum of our habits and we can all make small changes in our daily lives which when applied consistently, can make massive changes in our lived and living experience.

My name is Chioma and I write about the small things I’m changing (or not changing) and the impact of these small things as I navigate through life.

I do not claim to know much of anything, but learning and trying are my things, and I’d love to encourage you to learn and try as well.
